This Is Your Time

Length – 20 to 90 minutes

Focus – motivational/inspirational

Employers lose money when employees are out of work due to illness. The most valuable employees focus on wellness. Exercise, proper nutrition and moderation are all personal choices. Tim ‘sells’ listeners on making the right choices. Companies benefit by having more healthy employees.

To perform effectively in the marketplace, a person must have a positive outlook on life in general. Tim addresses all sorts of reasons people should choose to be happy. Some examples of reasons people choose NOT to be happy such as not enough money or “my family isn’t supportive” are addressed. Companies benefit with more upbeat employees.

People who consistently “go the extra mile” are people who feel their actions are making an impact. Most people feel they must move up a level or two before their life ‘counts’ in the market place. Tim challenges people to ‘start where they are’, remembering why they chose to go to work for their current employer. Further, to remember why they chose that particular profession and how great it felt when they first embarked on their career. Listeners are encouraged to remember how important their families are to them personally and how much families depend on their success. And listeners are encouraged to sustain a relationship with God, in the good and in the tough times. Encouraged to encourage others, listeners realize everyone they come in contact with is being affected by their words and actions. Companies benefit by the renewed zest and aggressiveness of employees.
